About
UNLESS is an agency for change devoted to interdisciplinary research on extreme environments threatened by the planetary crisis. Founded by Giulia Foscari in 2019, UNLESS is a non-profit organisation based in Venice, Italy. UNLESS’s pilot project is the research “Antarctic Resolution” which to date has been formalised as a publication (Lars Müller Publishers, 2021), the urban awareness campaign #SpeakUpforAntarcticaNow and numerous exhibition such as those hosted within the central pavilion of La Biennale di Venezia @labiennale, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (@museothyssen) and Fondazione Kenta @fondazionekenta, amongst others.
